As of 1st September 1998, a general professional partnership or certified public accountants with strong and extensive experience in accounting, audit, tax and advisory services has formally become a member of Accounting Firm. The firm offers, audit, business process outsourcing, accounting, payroll, tax advisory and compliance, business registration and corporate secretarial services. Prior to this, AF has been present in San Francisco, CA since 1998 via a American correspondent firm, and since 1st July 2000 as a fully integrated firm.
Our international and entrepreneurial roots enable us to act as a bridge between businesses operations overseas. Our clients come from many different business fields and range from small and medium entities to large national and international companies. Our goal is to always go above and beyond our clients’ expectations and needs.

He has extensive experience in international taxation, tax structuring, and tax planning in relation to acquisition, financing, capital investment, registration of foreign investors’ US based business entities, as well as addressing their legal concerns relating to their business operations. He has been involved in tax due diligence for government owned and controlled corporations and assisted in several public-private partnership projects.
